Warehouse Manager

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
Ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse management.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in the Operation Excellence department, preferably in a warehouse or logistics role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of SAP & MS Office
